4אֲשֶׁ֣ראֲשֶׁראשר’ă·šerIn בְּ֭יָדוֹבְּיָדוֹבידוbə·yā·ḏōwHis hand מֶחְקְרֵי־מֶחְקְרֵי־מחקריmeḥ·qə·rê-are the depths אָ֑רֶץאָרֶץארץ’ā·reṣof the earth , וְתוֹעֲפ֖וֹתוְתוֹעֲפוֹתותועפותwə·ṯō·w·‘ă·p̄ō·wṯpeaks הָרִ֣יםהָרִיםהריםhā·rîmand the mountain לֽוֹ׃לֽוֹ׃לוlōwbelong to Him .
