2וְרֹ֣חַבוְרֹחַבורחבwə·rō·ḥaḇThe width הַפֶּתַח֮הַפֶּתַחהפתחhap·pe·ṯaḥof the entrance עֶ֣שֶׂרעֶשֶׂרעשר‘e·śer[was] ten אַמּוֹת֒אַמּוֹתאמות’am·mō·wṯcubits , וְכִתְפ֣וֹתוְכִתְפוֹתוכתפותwə·ḵiṯ·p̄ō·wṯand the sides הַפֶּ֔תַחהַפֶּתַחהפתחhap·pe·ṯaḥof the entrance חָמֵ֤שׁחָמֵשׁחמשḥā·mêš[were] five אַמּוֹת֙אַמּוֹתאמות’am·mō·wṯcubits מִפּ֔וֹמִפּוֹמפוmip·pōwon each וְחָמֵ֥שׁוְחָמֵשׁוחמשwə·ḥā·mêš אַמּ֖וֹתאַמּוֹתאמות’am·mō·wṯcubits , מִפּ֑וֹמִפּוֹמפוmip·pōwside . וַיָּ֤מָדוַיָּמָדוימדway·yā·māḏHe also measured אָרְכּוֹ֙אָרְכּוֹארכו’ā·rə·kōwthe length [of the outer sanctuary] אַרְבָּעִ֣יםאַרְבָּעִיםארבעים’ar·bā·‘îm[to be] forty אַמָּ֔האַמָּהאמה’am·māhcubits . וְרֹ֖חַבוְרֹחַבורחבwə·rō·ḥaḇand the width עֶשְׂרִ֥יםעֶשְׂרִיםעשרים‘eś·rîm[to be] twenty אַמָּֽה׃אַמָּֽה׃אמה’am·māhvvv

3וּבָ֣אוּבָאובאū·ḇāAnd he went לִפְנִ֔ימָהלִפְנִימָהלפנימהlip̄·nî·māhinto [the inner sanctuary] וַיָּ֥מָדוַיָּמָדוימדway·yā·māḏand measured אֵֽיל־אֵֽיל־איל’êl-the side pillars הַפֶּ֖תַחהַפֶּתַחהפתחhap·pe·ṯaḥat the entrance שְׁתַּ֣יִםשְׁתַּיִםשתיםšə·ta·yim[to be] two אַמּ֑וֹתאַמּוֹתאמות’am·mō·wṯcubits [wide] . וְהַפֶּ֙תַח֙וְהַפֶּתַחוהפתחwə·hap·pe·ṯaḥThe entrance שֵׁ֣שׁשֵׁשׁששšêš[was] six אַמּ֔וֹתאַמּוֹתאמות’am·mō·wṯcubits [wide] , וְרֹ֥חַבוְרֹחַבורחבwə·rō·ḥaḇwide . הַפֶּ֖תַחהַפֶּתַחהפתחhap·pe·ṯaḥ[and the walls on each side] שֶׁ֥בַעשֶׁבַעשבעše·ḇa‘[were] seven אַמּֽוֹת׃אַמּֽוֹת׃אמות’am·mō·wṯcubits

4וַיָּ֨מָדוַיָּמָדוימדway·yā·māḏThen he measured אֶת־אֶת־את’eṯ-- אָרְכּ֜וֹאָרְכּוֹארכו’ā·rə·kōwlong עֶשְׂרִ֣יםעֶשְׂרִיםעשרים‘eś·rîm[to be] twenty אַמָּ֗האַמָּהאמה’am·māhcubits וְרֹ֛חַבוְרֹחַבורחבwə·rō·ḥaḇwide . עֶשְׂרִ֥יםעֶשְׂרִיםעשרים‘eś·rîm[and] twenty אַמָּ֖האַמָּהאמה’am·māhcubits אֶל־אֶל־אל’el-[the room] adjacent to פְּנֵ֣יפְּנֵיפניpə·nê. . . הַֽהֵיכָ֑להַֽהֵיכָלההיכלha·hê·ḵālthe inner sanctuary וַיֹּ֣אמֶרוַיֹּאמֶרויאמרway·yō·merAnd he said אֵלַ֔יאֵלַיאלי’ê·layto me , זֶ֖הזֶהזהzeh“ This קֹ֥דֶשׁקֹדֶשׁקדשqō·ḏešis the Most Holy Place הַקֳּדָשִֽׁים׃הַקֳּדָשִֽׁים׃הקדשיםhaq·qo·ḏā·šîm. . . . ”

5וַיָּ֥מָדוַיָּמָדוימדway·yā·māḏNext he measured קִֽיר־קִֽיר־קירqîr-the wall הַבַּ֖יִתהַבַּיִתהביתhab·ba·yiṯof the temple שֵׁ֣שׁשֵׁשׁששšêš[to be] six אַמּ֑וֹתאַמּוֹתאמות’am·mō·wṯcubits [thick] , וְרֹ֣חַבוְרֹחַבורחבwə·rō·ḥaḇand the width הַצֵּלָע֩הַצֵּלָעהצלעhaṣ·ṣê·lā‘side room אַרְבַּ֨עאַרְבַּעארבע’ar·ba‘[was] four אַמּ֜וֹתאַמּוֹתאמות’am·mō·wṯcubits . סָבִ֧יב׀סָבִיב׀סביבsā·ḇîḇaround סָבִ֧יב׀סָבִיב׀סביבsā·ḇîḇaround לַבַּ֖יִתלַבַּיִתלביתlab·ba·yiṯthe temple סָבִֽיב׃סָבִֽיב׃סביבsā·ḇîḇof each

6וְהַצְּלָעוֹת֩וְהַצְּלָעוֹתוהצלעותwə·haṣ·ṣə·lā·‘ō·wṯThe side rooms צֵלָ֨עצֵלָעצלעṣê·lā‘were arranged one אֶל־אֶל־אל’el-above צֵלָ֜עצֵלָעצלעṣê·lā‘another שָׁל֧וֹשׁשָׁלוֹשׁשלושšā·lō·wōšin three levels וּשְׁלֹשִׁ֣יםוּשְׁלֹשִׁיםושלשיםū·šə·lō·šîmof thirty rooms each . פְּעָמִ֗יםפְּעָמִיםפעמיםpə·‘ā·mîm. . . וּ֠בָאוֹתוּבָאוֹתובאותū·ḇā·’ō·wṯThere were ledges בַּקִּ֨ירבַּקִּירבקירbaq·qîrthe wall אֲשֶׁר־אֲשֶׁר־אשר’ă·šer-- לַבַּ֧יִתלַבַּיִתלביתlab·ba·yiṯof the temple לַצְּלָע֛וֹתלַצְּלָעוֹתלצלעותlaṣ·ṣə·lā·‘ō·wṯfor the side rooms , סָבִ֥יב׀סָבִיב׀סביבsā·ḇîḇall around סָבִ֥יב׀סָבִיב׀סביבsā·ḇîḇall around לִהְי֣וֹתלִהְיוֹתלהיותlih·yō·wṯto serve as אֲחוּזִ֑יםאֲחוּזִיםאחוזים’ă·ḥū·zîmsupports וְלֹֽא־וְלֹֽא־ולאwə·lō-would not יִהְי֥וּיִהְיוּיהיוyih·yūbe [fastened] into אֲחוּזִ֖יםאֲחוּזִיםאחוזים’ă·ḥū·zîmso that the supports בְּקִ֥ירבְּקִירבקירbə·qîrthe wall הַבָּֽיִת׃הַבָּֽיִת׃הביתhab·bā·yiṯof the temple itself .

7וְֽרָחֲבָ֡הוְֽרָחֲבָהורחבהwə·rā·ḥă·ḇāhwidened at each successive level וְֽנָסְבָה֩וְֽנָסְבָהונסבהwə·nā·sə·ḇāh. . . לְמַ֨עְלָהלְמַעְלָהלמעלהlə·ma‘·lāh. . . , לְמַ֨עְלָהלְמַעְלָהלמעלהlə·ma‘·lāh. . . , לַצְּלָע֗וֹתלַצְּלָעוֹתלצלעותlaṣ·ṣə·lā·‘ō·wṯThe side rooms כִּ֣יכִּיכיkî. . . מֽוּסַב־מֽוּסַב־מוסבmū·saḇ-surrounding הַ֠בַּיִתהַבַּיִתהביתhab·ba·yiṯthe temple לְמַ֨עְלָהלְמַעְלָהלמעלהlə·ma‘·lāhascended לְמַ֨עְלָהלְמַעְלָהלמעלהlə·ma‘·lāhascended סָבִ֤יב׀סָבִיב׀סביבsā·ḇîḇbecause the structure surrounding סָבִ֤יב׀סָבִיב׀סביבsā·ḇîḇbecause the structure surrounding לַבַּ֔יִתלַבַּיִתלביתlab·ba·yiṯthe temple עַל־עַל־על‘al-corresponding to כֵּ֥ןכֵּןכןkên. . . רֹֽחַב־רֹֽחַב־רחבrō·ḥaḇ-the narrowing of the temple wall לַבַּ֖יִתלַבַּיִתלביתlab·ba·yiṯ. . . לְמָ֑עְלָהלְמָעְלָהלמעלהlə·mā·‘ə·lāhas it rose upward . וְכֵ֧ןוְכֵןוכןwə·ḵênAnd so הַתַּחְתּוֹנָ֛ההַתַּחְתּוֹנָההתחתונהhat·taḥ·tō·w·nāhfrom the lowest story יַעֲלֶ֥היַעֲלֶהיעלהya·‘ă·leha stairway went up עַל־עַל־על‘al-to הָעֶלְיוֹנָ֖ההָעֶלְיוֹנָההעליונהhā·‘el·yō·w·nāhthe highest , לַתִּיכוֹנָֽה׃לַתִּיכוֹנָֽה׃לתיכונהlat·tî·ḵō·w·nāhthrough the middle one .

8וְרָאִ֧יתִיוְרָאִיתִיוראיתיwə·rā·’î·ṯîI saw לַבַּ֛יִתלַבַּיִתלביתlab·ba·yiṯthat the temple גֹּ֖בַהּגֹּבַהּגבהgō·ḇahhad a raised base סָבִ֣יב׀סָבִיב׀סביבsā·ḇîḇall סָבִ֣יב׀סָבִיב׀סביבsā·ḇîḇall מְיֻסְּדוֹתמְיֻסְּדוֹתמיסדותmə·yus·sə·ḏōṯforming the foundation הַצְּלָעוֹת֙הַצְּלָעוֹתהצלעותhaṣ·ṣə·lā·‘ō·wṯof the side rooms . מְל֣וֹמְלוֹמלוmə·lōwIt was the full length of הַקָּנֶ֔ההַקָּנֶההקנהhaq·qā·neha rod , שֵׁ֥שׁשֵׁשׁששšêšsix אַמּ֖וֹתאַמּוֹתאמות’am·mō·wṯcubits . אַצִּֽילָה׃אַצִּֽילָה׃אצילה’aṣ·ṣî·lāhlong

9רֹ֣חַברֹחַברחבrō·ḥaḇthick , הַקִּ֧ירהַקִּירהקירhaq·qîrwall אֲ‍ֽשֶׁר־אֲ‍ֽשֶׁר־א‍שר’ăšer-- לַצֵּלָ֛עלַצֵּלָעלצלעlaṣ·ṣê·lā‘of the side rooms אֶל־אֶל־אל’el- הַח֖וּץהַחוּץהחוץha·ḥūṣThe outer חָמֵ֣שׁחָמֵשׁחמשḥā·mêš[was] five אַמּ֑וֹתאַמּוֹתאמות’am·mō·wṯcubits וַאֲשֶׁ֣רוַאֲשֶׁרואשרwa·’ă·šerand מֻנָּ֔חמֻנָּחמנחmun·nāḥthe open area בֵּ֥יתבֵּיתביתbêṯbetween צְלָע֖וֹתצְלָעוֹתצלעותṣə·lā·‘ō·wṯthe side rooms אֲשֶׁ֥ראֲשֶׁראשר’ă·šer- לַבָּֽיִת׃לַבָּֽיִת׃לביתlab·bā·yiṯof the temple

10וּבֵ֨יןוּבֵיןוביןū·ḇên- הַלְּשָׁכ֜וֹתהַלְּשָׁכוֹתהלשכותhal·lə·šā·ḵō·wṯand the outer chambers רֹ֣חַברֹחַברחבrō·ḥaḇwide עֶשְׂרִ֥יםעֶשְׂרִיםעשרים‘eś·rîm[was] twenty אַמָּ֛האַמָּהאמה’am·māhcubits סָבִ֥יבסָבִיבסביבsā·ḇîḇall around לַבַּ֖יִתלַבַּיִתלביתlab·ba·yiṯthe temple . סָבִ֥יב׀סָבִיב׀סביבsā·ḇîḇ. . . סָבִ֥יב׀סָבִיב׀סביבsā·ḇîḇ. . .

11וּפֶ֤תַחוּפֶתַחופתחū·p̄e·ṯaḥentrance הַצֵּלָע֙הַצֵּלָעהצלעhaṣ·ṣê·lā‘The side rooms לַמֻּנָּ֔חלַמֻּנָּחלמנחlam·mun·nāḥopened into this area , פֶּ֤תַחפֶּתַחפתחpe·ṯaḥ. . . אֶחָד֙אֶחָדאחד’e·ḥāḏwith one דֶּ֣רֶךְדֶּרֶךְדרךde·reḵon הַצָּפ֔וֹןהַצָּפוֹןהצפוןhaṣ·ṣā·p̄ō·wnthe north וּפֶ֥תַחוּפֶתַחופתחū·p̄e·ṯaḥ. . . אֶחָ֖דאֶחָדאחד’e·ḥāḏand another לַדָּר֑וֹםלַדָּרוֹםלדרוםlad·dā·rō·wmon the south . וְרֹ֙חַב֙וְרֹחַבורחבwə·rō·ḥaḇwide מְק֣וֹםמְקוֹםמקוםmə·qō·wmThe open area הַמֻּנָּ֔חהַמֻּנָּחהמנחham·mun·nāḥ. . . חָמֵ֥שׁחָמֵשׁחמשḥā·mêš[was] five אַמּ֖וֹתאַמּוֹתאמות’am·mō·wṯcubits סָבִ֥יב׀סָבִיב׀סביבsā·ḇîḇall סָבִ֥יב׀סָבִיב׀סביבsā·ḇîḇall

12וְהַבִּנְיָ֡ןוְהַבִּנְיָןוהבניןwə·hab·bin·yānNow the building אֲשֶׁר֩אֲשֶׁראשר’ă·šerthat אֶל־אֶל־אל’el-faced פְּנֵ֨יפְּנֵיפניpə·nê. . . הַגִּזְרָ֜ההַגִּזְרָההגזרהhag·giz·rāhthe temple courtyard פְּאַ֣תפְּאַתפאתpə·’aṯ. . . דֶּֽרֶךְ־דֶּֽרֶךְ־דרךde·reḵ-on הַיָּ֗םהַיָּםהיםhay·yāmthe west רֹ֚חַברֹחַברחבrō·ḥaḇwide , שִׁבְעִ֣יםשִׁבְעִיםשבעיםšiḇ·‘îm[was] seventy אַמָּ֔האַמָּהאמה’am·māhcubits וְקִ֧ירוְקִירוקירwə·qîrand the wall הַבִּנְיָ֛ןהַבִּנְיָןהבניןhab·bin·yānof the building חָֽמֵשׁ־חָֽמֵשׁ־חמשḥā·mêš-[was] five אַמּ֥וֹתאַמּוֹתאמות’am·mō·wṯcubits רֹ֖חַברֹחַברחבrō·ḥaḇthick סָבִ֣יב׀סָבִיב׀סביבsā·ḇîḇall סָבִ֣יב׀סָבִיב׀סביבsā·ḇîḇall וְאָרְכּ֖וֹוְאָרְכּוֹוארכוwə·’ā·rə·kōwwith a length תִּשְׁעִ֥יםתִּשְׁעִיםתשעיםtiš·‘îmof ninety אַמָּֽה׃אַמָּֽה׃אמה’am·māhcubits .

13וּמָדַ֣דוּמָדַדומדדū·mā·ḏaḏThen he measured אֶת־אֶת־את’eṯ-- הַבַּ֔יִתהַבַּיִתהביתhab·ba·yiṯthe temple אֹ֖רֶךְאֹרֶךְארך’ō·reḵlong , מֵאָ֣המֵאָהמאהmê·’āh[to be] a hundred אַמָּ֑האַמָּהאמה’am·māhcubits וְהַגִּזְרָ֤הוְהַגִּזְרָהוהגזרהwə·hag·giz·rāhand the temple courtyard וְהַבִּנְיָה֙וְהַבִּנְיָהוהבניהwə·hab·bin·yāhand the building וְקִ֣ירוֹתֶ֔יהָוְקִירוֹתֶיהָוקירותיהwə·qî·rō·w·ṯe·hāwith its walls אֹ֖רֶךְאֹרֶךְארך’ō·reḵlong . מֵאָ֥המֵאָהמאהmê·’āh[were] also a hundred אַמָּֽה׃אַמָּֽה׃אמה’am·māhcubits

14וְרֹחַב֩וְרֹחַבורחבwə·rō·ḥaḇThe width פְּנֵ֨יפְּנֵיפניpə·nêincluding the front הַבַּ֧יִתהַבַּיִתהביתhab·ba·yiṯof the temple , וְהַגִּזְרָ֛הוְהַגִּזְרָהוהגזרהwə·hag·giz·rāhof the temple courtyard לַקָּדִ֖יםלַקָּדִיםלקדיםlaq·qā·ḏîmon the east , מֵאָ֥המֵאָהמאהmê·’āh[was] a hundred אַמָּֽה׃אַמָּֽה׃אמה’am·māhcubits .

15וּמָדַ֣דוּמָדַדומדדū·mā·ḏaḏNext he measured אֹֽרֶךְ־אֹֽרֶךְ־ארך’ō·reḵ-the length הַ֠בִּנְיָןהַבִּנְיָןהבניןhab·bin·yānof the building אֶל־אֶל־אל’el-facing פְּנֵ֨יפְּנֵיפניpə·nê. . . הַגִּזְרָ֜ההַגִּזְרָההגזרהhag·giz·rāhthe temple courtyard אֲשֶׁ֨ראֲשֶׁראשר’ă·šer- עַל־עַל־על‘al-at אַחֲרֶ֧יהָאַחֲרֶיהָאחריה’a·ḥă·re·hāthe rear [of the temple] , וְאַתּוּקֵיהָאוְאַתּוּקֵיהָאואתוקיהאwə·ʾat·tū·qē·hå̄including its galleries מִפּ֥וֹמִפּוֹמפוmip·pōwon each side ; וּמִפּ֖וֹוּמִפּוֹומפוū·mip·pōw. . . מֵאָ֣המֵאָהמאהmê·’āhit was a hundred אַמָּ֑האַמָּהאמה’am·māhcubits . וְהַֽהֵיכָל֙וְהַֽהֵיכָלוההיכלwə·ha·hê·ḵālThe outer sanctuary , הַפְּנִימִ֔יהַפְּנִימִיהפנימיhap·pə·nî·mîthe inner sanctuary , וְאֻֽלַמֵּ֖יוְאֻֽלַמֵּיואלמיwə·’u·lam·mêand the porticoes הֶחָצֵֽר׃הֶחָצֵֽר׃החצרhe·ḥā·ṣêrfacing the court ,

16הַסִּפִּ֡יםהַסִּפִּיםהספיםhas·sip·pîmas well as the thresholds וְהַחַלּוֹנִ֣יםוְהַחַלּוֹנִיםוהחלוניםwə·ha·ḥal·lō·w·nîmwindows הָ֠אֲטֻמוֹתהָאֲטֻמוֹתהאטמותhā·’ă·ṭu·mō·wṯand the beveled וְהָאַתִּיקִ֤ים׀וְהָאַתִּיקִים׀והאתיקיםwə·hā·’at·tî·qîmand the galleries סָבִיב֙סָבִיבסביבsā·ḇîḇall around לִשְׁלָשְׁתָּ֔םלִשְׁלָשְׁתָּםלשלשתםliš·lā·šə·tāmwith their three נֶ֧גֶדנֶגֶדנגדne·ḡeḏlevels opposite הַסַּ֛ףהַסַּףהסףhas·sap̄the threshold , שְׂחִ֥יףשְׂחִיףשחיףśə·ḥîp̄were overlaid with עֵ֖ץעֵץעץ‘êṣwood סָבִ֣יב׀סָבִיב׀סביבsā·ḇîḇon all sides סָבִ֣יב׀סָבִיב׀סביבsā·ḇîḇon all sides וְהָאָ֙רֶץ֙וְהָאָרֶץוהארץwə·hā·’ā·reṣThey were paneled from the ground עַד־עַד־עד‘aḏ-to הַֽחַלֹּנ֔וֹתהַֽחַלֹּנוֹתהחלנותha·ḥal·lō·nō·wṯthe windows , וְהַֽחַלֹּנ֖וֹתוְהַֽחַלֹּנוֹתוהחלנותwə·ha·ḥal·lō·nō·wṯand the windows מְכֻסּֽוֹת׃מְכֻסּֽוֹת׃מכסותmə·ḵus·sō·wṯwere covered .

17עַל־עַל־על‘al-In the space above מֵעַ֣למֵעַלמעלmê·‘al. . . הַפֶּ֡תַחהַפֶּתַחהפתחhap·pe·ṯaḥthe outside of the entrance וְעַד־וְעַד־ועדwə·‘aḏ-to הַבַּיִת֩הַבַּיִתהביתhab·ba·yiṯsanctuary הַפְּנִימִ֨יהַפְּנִימִיהפנימיhap·pə·nî·mîthe inner וְלַח֜וּץוְלַחוּץולחוץwə·la·ḥūṣon וְאֶל־וְאֶל־ואלwə·’el- כָּל־כָּל־כלkāl-all הַקִּ֨ירהַקִּירהקירhaq·qîrthe walls , סָבִ֧יב׀סָבִיב׀סביבsā·ḇîḇaround סָבִ֧יב׀סָבִיב׀סביבsā·ḇîḇaround בַּפְּנִימִ֥יבַּפְּנִימִיבפנימיbap·pə·nî·mîthe inner and וּבַחִיצ֖וֹןוּבַחִיצוֹןובחיצוןū·ḇa·ḥî·ṣō·wnouter sanctuary , מִדּֽוֹת׃מִדּֽוֹת׃מדותmid·dō·wṯspaced evenly

19וּפְנֵ֨יוּפְנֵיופניū·p̄ə·nêthe face אָדָ֤םאָדָםאדם’ā·ḏāmof a man אֶל־אֶל־אל’el-[was] toward הַתִּֽמֹרָה֙הַתִּֽמֹרָההתמרהhat·ti·mō·rāhthe palm tree מִפּ֔וֹמִפּוֹמפוmip·pōwon one side , וּפְנֵֽי־וּפְנֵֽי־ופניū·p̄ə·nê-and the face כְפִ֥ירכְפִירכפירḵə·p̄îrof a young lion אֶל־אֶל־אל’el-[was] toward הַתִּֽמֹרָ֖ההַתִּֽמֹרָההתמרהhat·ti·mō·rāhthe palm tree מִפּ֑וֹמִפּוֹמפוmip·pōwon the other side . עָשׂ֥וּיעָשׂוּיעשוי‘ā·śuiThey were carved אֶל־אֶל־אל’el-all the way around כָּל־כָּל־כלkāl-. . . הַבַּ֖יִתהַבַּיִתהביתhab·ba·yiṯthe temple . סָבִ֥יב׀סָבִיב׀סביבsā·ḇîḇ. . . סָבִ֥יב׀סָבִיב׀סביבsā·ḇîḇ. . .

21הַׄהֵׄיׄכָֽׄלׄ׃הַׄהֵׄיׄכָֽׄלׄ׃ההיכלha·hē·ḵå̄lof the outer sanctuary מְזוּזַ֣תמְזוּזַתמזוזתmə·zū·zaṯdoorframe , רְבֻעָ֑הרְבֻעָהרבעהrə·ḇu·‘āhhad a rectangular וּפְנֵ֣יוּפְנֵיופניū·p̄ə·nêand the [doorframe] הַקֹּ֔דֶשׁהַקֹּדֶשׁהקדשhaq·qō·ḏešof the sanctuary הַמַּרְאֶ֖ההַמַּרְאֶההמראהham·mar·’ehvvv כַּמַּרְאֶֽה׃כַּמַּרְאֶֽה׃כמראהkam·mar·’ehwas similar .

22הַמִּזְבֵּ֡חַהַמִּזְבֵּחַהמזבחham·miz·bê·aḥThere was an altar עֵ֣ץעֵץעץ‘êṣof wood שָׁלוֹשׁ֩שָׁלוֹשׁשלושšā·lō·wōšthree אַמּ֨וֹתאַמּוֹתאמות’am·mō·wṯcubits גָּבֹ֜הַּגָּבֹהַּגבהgā·ḇō·ahhigh וְאָרְכּ֣וֹוְאָרְכּוֹוארכוwə·’ā·rə·kōw[square] . שְׁתַּֽיִם־שְׁתַּֽיִם־שתיםšə·ta·yim-and two אַמּ֗וֹתאַמּוֹתאמות’am·mō·wṯcubits וּמִקְצֹֽעוֹתָיו֙וּמִקְצֹֽעוֹתָיוומקצעותיוū·miq·ṣō·‘ō·w·ṯāwIts corners , ל֔וֹלוֹלוlōw וְאָרְכּ֥וֹוְאָרְכּוֹוארכוwə·’ā·rə·kōwbase , וְקִֽירֹתָ֖יווְקִֽירֹתָיווקירתיוwə·qî·rō·ṯāwand sides עֵ֑ץעֵץעץ‘êṣ[were] of wood . וַיְדַבֵּ֣רוַיְדַבֵּרוידברway·ḏab·bêrAnd the man told אֵלַ֔יאֵלַיאלי’ê·layme , זֶ֚הזֶהזהzeh“ This הַשֻּׁלְחָ֔ןהַשֻּׁלְחָןהשלחןhaš·šul·ḥānis the table אֲשֶׁ֖ראֲשֶׁראשר’ă·šerthat לִפְנֵ֥ילִפְנֵילפניlip̄·nêis before יְהוָֽה׃יְהוָֽה׃יהוהYah·wehthe LORD . ”

23וּשְׁתַּ֧יִםוּשְׁתַּיִםושתיםū·šə·ta·yimhad double דְּלָת֛וֹתדְּלָתוֹתדלתותdə·lā·ṯō·wṯdoors , לַֽהֵיכָ֖ללַֽהֵיכָללהיכלla·hê·ḵālBoth the outer sanctuary וְלַקֹּֽדֶשׁ׃וְלַקֹּֽדֶשׁ׃ולקדשwə·laq·qō·ḏešand the inner sanctuary

24וּשְׁתַּ֥יִםוּשְׁתַּיִםושתיםū·šə·ta·yimand each דְּלָת֖וֹתדְּלָתוֹתדלתותdə·lā·ṯō·wṯdoor לַדְּלָת֑וֹתלַדְּלָתוֹתלדלתותlad·də·lā·ṯō·wṯpanels . שְׁ֚תַּיִםשְׁתַּיִםשתיםta·yimhad two מוּסַבּ֣וֹתמוּסַבּוֹתמוסבותmū·sab·bō·wṯswinging דְּלָת֔וֹתדְּלָתוֹתדלתותdə·lā·ṯō·wṯpanels שְׁ֚תַּיִםשְׁתַּיִםשתיםta·yimThere were two לְדֶ֣לֶתלְדֶלֶתלדלתlə·ḏe·leṯdoor אֶחָ֔תאֶחָתאחת’e·ḥāṯfor one וּשְׁתֵּ֥יוּשְׁתֵּיושתיū·šə·têand two דְלָת֖וֹתדְלָתוֹתדלתותḏə·lā·ṯō·wṯ. . . לָאַחֶֽרֶת׃לָאַחֶֽרֶת׃לאחרתlā·’a·ḥe·reṯfor the other .

25וַעֲשׂוּיָ֨הוַעֲשׂוּיָהועשויהwa·‘ă·śū·yāhwere carved אֲלֵיהֶ֜ןאֲלֵיהֶןאליהן’ă·lê·henon אֶל־אֶל־אל’el- דַּלְת֤וֹתדַּלְתוֹתדלתותdal·ṯō·wṯthe doors הַֽהֵיכָל֙הַֽהֵיכָלההיכלha·hê·ḵālof the outer sanctuary , כְּרוּבִ֣יםכְּרוּבִיםכרוביםkə·rū·ḇîmCherubim וְתִֽמֹרִ֔יםוְתִֽמֹרִיםותמריםwə·ṯi·mō·rîmand palm trees כַּאֲשֶׁ֥רכַּאֲשֶׁרכאשרka·’ă·šerlike those עֲשׂוּיִ֖םעֲשׂוּיִםעשוים‘ă·śū·yim- לַקִּיר֑וֹתלַקִּירוֹתלקירותlaq·qî·rō·wṯon the walls וְעָ֥בוְעָבועבwə·‘āḇcanopy עֵ֛ץעֵץעץ‘êṣand there was a wooden אֶל־אֶל־אל’el-on פְּנֵ֥יפְּנֵיפניpə·nêthe front הָאוּלָ֖םהָאוּלָםהאולםhā·’ū·lāmof the portico . מֵהַחֽוּץ׃מֵהַחֽוּץ׃מהחוץmê·ha·ḥūṣoutside ,

26וְחַלּוֹנִ֨יםוְחַלּוֹנִיםוחלוניםwə·ḥal·lō·w·nîmwindows אֲטֻמ֤וֹתאֲטֻמוֹתאטמות’ă·ṭu·mō·wṯThere were beveled וְתִֽמֹרִים֙וְתִֽמֹרִיםותמריםwə·ṯi·mō·rîmand palm trees מִפּ֣וֹמִפּוֹמפוmip·pōwvvv וּמִפּ֔וֹוּמִפּוֹומפוū·mip·pōw. . . אֶל־אֶל־אל’el-on כִּתְפ֖וֹתכִּתְפוֹתכתפותkiṯ·p̄ō·wṯthe sidewalls הָֽאוּלָ֑םהָֽאוּלָםהאולםhā·’ū·lāmof the portico . וְצַלְע֥וֹתוְצַלְעוֹתוצלעותwə·ṣal·‘ō·wṯThe side rooms הַבַּ֖יִתהַבַּיִתהביתhab·ba·yiṯof the temple וְהָעֻבִּֽים׃וְהָעֻבִּֽים׃והעביםwə·hā·‘ub·bîmalso had canopies .
