20יִשְׁמַ֤ע׀יִשְׁמַע׀ישמעyiš·ma‘will hear אֵ֨ל׀אֵל׀אל’êlGod וְֽיַעֲנֵם֮וְֽיַעֲנֵםויענםwə·ya·‘ă·nêmand humiliate them — וְיֹ֤שֵׁ֥בוְיֹשֵׁבוישבwə·yō·šêḇthe One enthroned קֶ֗דֶםקֶדֶםקדםqe·ḏemfor the ages — סֶ֥לָהסֶלָהסלהse·lāhSelah אֲשֶׁ֤ראֲשֶׁראשר’ă·šerbecause אֵ֣יןאֵיןאין’ênthey do not חֲלִיפ֣וֹתחֲלִיפוֹתחליפותḥă·lî·p̄ō·wṯchange לָ֑מוֹלָמוֹלמוlā·mōw וְלֹ֖אוְלֹאולאwə·lōand they have no יָרְא֣וּיָרְאוּיראוyā·rə·’ūfear אֱלֹהִֽים׃אֱלֹהִֽים׃אלהים’ĕ·lō·hîmof God .
