9פִּזַּ֤ר׀פִּזַּר׀פזרpiz·zarHe has scattered abroad נָ֘תַ֤ןנָתַןנתןnā·ṯanhis gifts לָאֶבְיוֹנִ֗יםלָאֶבְיוֹנִיםלאביוניםlā·’eḇ·yō·w·nîmto the poor ; צִ֭דְקָתוֹצִדְקָתוֹצדקתוṣiḏ·qā·ṯōwhis righteousness עֹמֶ֣דֶתעֹמֶדֶתעמדת‘ō·me·ḏeṯendures לָעַ֑דלָעַדלעדlā·‘aḏforever ; קַ֝רְנ֗וֹקַרְנוֹקרנוqar·nōwhis horn תָּר֥וּםתָּרוּםתרוםtā·rūmwill be lifted high בְּכָבֽוֹד׃בְּכָבֽוֹד׃בכבודbə·ḵā·ḇō·wḏin honor .
