1וַיְדַבֵּ֣רוַיְדַבֵּרוידברway·ḏab·bêrspoke יְהוָ֣היְהוָהיהוהYah·wehthe LORD אֶל־אֶל־אל’el-. . . מֹשֶׁ֣המֹשֶׁהמשהmō·šehto Moses בְמִדְבַּר־בְמִדְבַּר־במדברḇə·miḏ·bar-in the Wilderness סִ֠ינַיסִינַיסיניsî·nayof Sinai : בַּשָּׁנָ֨הבַּשָּׁנָהבשנהbaš·šā·nāhyear הַשֵּׁנִ֜יתהַשֵּׁנִיתהשניתhaš·šê·nîṯof the second לְצֵאתָ֨םלְצֵאתָםלצאתםlə·ṣê·ṯāmafter [Israel] had come out מֵאֶ֧רֶץמֵאֶרֶץמארץmê·’e·reṣof the land מִצְרַ֛יִםמִצְרַיִםמצריםmiṣ·ra·yimof Egypt , בַּחֹ֥דֶשׁבַּחֹדֶשׁבחדשba·ḥō·ḏešmonth הָרִאשׁ֖וֹןהָרִאשׁוֹןהראשוןhā·ri·šō·wnIn the first לֵאמֹֽר׃לֵאמֹֽר׃לאמרlê·mōr. . .
