3וַיִּשָּׂ֥אוַיִּשָּׂאוישאway·yiś·śāand he lifted up מְשָׁל֖וֹמְשָׁלוֹמשלוmə·šā·lōwan oracle , וַיֹּאמַ֑רוַיֹּאמַרויאמרway·yō·marsaying : נְאֻ֤םנְאֻםנאםnə·’um“ [This is] the prophecy בִּלְעָם֙בִּלְעָםבלעםbil·‘āmof Balaam בְּנ֣וֹבְּנוֹבנוbə·nōwson בְעֹ֔רבְעֹרבערḇə·‘ōrof Beor , וּנְאֻ֥םוּנְאֻםונאםū·nə·’umthe prophecy הַגֶּ֖בֶרהַגֶּבֶרהגברhag·ge·ḇerof a man שְׁתֻ֥םשְׁתֻםשתםšə·ṯumare open , הָעָֽיִן׃הָעָֽיִן׃העיןhā·‘ā·yinwhose eyes
