Nehemiah 13:25
נְחֶמְיָהנְחֶמְיָהנחמיהnə·ḥem·yāhof Nehemiah פֶּרֶקפֶּרֶקפרקpeɾekchapter יוֹדיוֹדיודjʊdten גִּימֵלגִּימֵלגימלɡɪməlthree
25וָאָרִ֤יבוָאָרִיבואריבwā·’ā·rîḇI rebuked them עִמָּם֙עִמָּםעמם‘im·mām. . . וָאֲקַֽלְלֵ֔םוָאֲקַֽלְלֵםואקללםwā·’ă·qal·lêmand called down curses on them . וָאַכֶּ֥הוָאַכֶּהואכהwā·’ak·kehI beat מֵהֶ֛םמֵהֶםמהםmê·hemsome of אֲנָשִׁ֖יםאֲנָשִׁיםאנשים’ă·nā·šîmthese men וָֽאֶמְרְטֵ֑םוָֽאֶמְרְטֵםואמרטםwā·’em·rə·ṭêmand pulled out their hair . וָאַשְׁבִּיעֵ֣םוָאַשְׁבִּיעֵםואשביעםwā·’aš·bî·‘êmThen I made them take an oath בֵּֽאלֹהִ֗יםבֵּֽאלֹהִיםבאלהיםbê·lō·hîmbefore God [and said] , אִם־אִם־אם’im-“ You must not תִּתְּנ֤וּתִּתְּנוּתתנוtit·tə·nūin marriage בְנֹֽתֵיכֶם֙בְנֹֽתֵיכֶםבנתיכםḇə·nō·ṯê·ḵemgive your daughters לִבְנֵיהֶ֔םלִבְנֵיהֶםלבניהםliḇ·nê·hemto their sons וְאִם־וְאִם־ואםwə·’im-. . . תִּשְׂאוּ֙תִּשְׂאוּתשאוtiś·’ūor take מִבְּנֹ֣תֵיהֶ֔םמִבְּנֹתֵיהֶםמבנתיהםmib·bə·nō·ṯê·hemtheir daughters לִבְנֵיכֶ֖םלִבְנֵיכֶםלבניכםliḇ·nê·ḵemas wives for your sons וְלָכֶֽם׃וְלָכֶֽם׃ולכםwə·lā·ḵemor for yourselves !
