3יְהֹוָ֗היְהֹוָהיהוהYah·wehThe LORD אֶ֤רֶךְאֶרֶךְארך’e·reḵis slow אַפַּ֙יִם֙אַפַּיִםאפים’ap·pa·yimto anger וּגְדוֹלוּגְדוֹלוגדולū·ḡə·ḏōland great וִֽיגַדֵּל֙וִֽיגַדֵּלויגדלwî·ḡad·dêleven greater כֹּ֔חַכֹּחַכחkō·aḥin power ; וְנַקֵּ֖הוְנַקֵּהונקהwə·naq·qêhleave the guilty unpunished לֹ֣אלֹאלאlōwill by no means יְנַקֶּ֑היְנַקֶּהינקהyə·naq·qeh. . . . יְהוָ֗היְהוָהיהוהYah·wehthe LORD בְּסוּפָ֤הבְּסוּפָהבסופהbə·sū·p̄āhis in the whirlwind וּבִשְׂעָרָה֙וּבִשְׂעָרָהובשערהū·ḇiś·‘ā·rāhand storm , דַּרְכּ֔וֹדַּרְכּוֹדרכוdar·kōwHis path וְעָנָ֖ןוְעָנָןוענןwə·‘ā·nānand clouds אֲבַ֥קאֲבַקאבק’ă·ḇaqare the dust רַגְלָֽיו׃רַגְלָֽיו׃רגליוraḡ·lāwbeneath His feet .
