24וְסָמַ֤ךְוְסָמַךְוסמךwə·sā·maḵHe is to lay יָדוֹ֙יָדוֹידוyā·ḏōwhis hand עַל־עַל־על‘al-on רֹ֣אשׁרֹאשׁראשrōšthe head הַשָּׂעִ֔ירהַשָּׂעִירהשעירhaś·śā·‘îrof the goat וְשָׁחַ֣טוְשָׁחַטושחטwə·šā·ḥaṭand slaughter אֹת֔וֹאֹתוֹאתו’ō·ṯōw- בִּמְק֛וֹםבִּמְקוֹםבמקוםbim·qō·wmit at the place אֲשֶׁר־אֲשֶׁר־אשר’ă·šer-where יִשְׁחַ֥טיִשְׁחַטישחטyiš·ḥaṭis slaughtered אֶת־אֶת־את’eṯ-- הָעֹלָ֖ההָעֹלָההעלהhā·‘ō·lāhthe burnt offering לִפְנֵ֣ילִפְנֵילפניlip̄·nêbefore יְהוָ֑היְהוָהיהוהYah·wehthe LORD . חַטָּ֖אתחַטָּאתחטאתḥaṭ·ṭāṯis a sin offering . הֽוּא׃הֽוּא׃הואhūIt
