16וְנֹקֵ֤בוְנֹקֵבונקבwə·nō·qêḇWhoever blasphemes שֵׁם־שֵׁם־שםšêm-the name יְהוָה֙יְהוָהיהוהYah·wehof the LORD מ֣וֹתמוֹתמותmō·wṯmust surely be put to death יוּמָ֔תיוּמָתיומתyū·māṯ. . . ; רָג֥וֹםרָגוֹםרגוםrā·ḡō·wmmust surely stone יִרְגְּמוּ־יִרְגְּמוּ־ירגמוyir·gə·mū-. . . ב֖וֹבוֹבוḇōwhim , כָּל־כָּל־כלkāl-the whole הָעֵדָ֑ההָעֵדָההעדהhā·‘ê·ḏāhassembly כַּגֵּר֙כַּגֵּרכגרkag·gêrwhether he is a foreign resident כָּֽאֶזְרָ֔חכָּֽאֶזְרָחכאזרחkā·’ez·rāḥor native ; בְּנָקְבוֹ־בְּנָקְבוֹ־בנקבוbə·nā·qə·ḇōw-if he blasphemes שֵׁ֖םשֵׁםשםšêmthe Name , יוּמָֽת׃יוּמָֽת׃יומתyū·māṯhe must be put to death .
