40וּלְקַחְתֶּ֨םוּלְקַחְתֶּםולקחתםū·lə·qaḥ·temyou are to gather לָכֶ֜םלָכֶםלכםlā·ḵem בַּיּ֣וֹםבַּיּוֹםביוםbay·yō·wmday הָרִאשׁ֗וֹןהָרִאשׁוֹןהראשוןhā·ri·šō·wnOn the first פְּרִ֨יפְּרִיפריpə·rîthe fruit עֵ֤ץעֵץעץ‘êṣtrees , הָדָר֙הָדָרהדרhā·ḏārof majestic כַּפֹּ֣תכַּפֹּתכפתkap·pōṯthe branches תְּמָרִ֔יםתְּמָרִיםתמריםtə·mā·rîmof palm trees , וַעֲנַ֥ףוַעֲנַףוענףwa·‘ă·nap̄and the boughs עֵץ־עֵץ־עץ‘êṣ-trees עָבֹ֖תעָבֹתעבת‘ā·ḇōṯof leafy וְעַרְבֵי־וְעַרְבֵי־וערביwə·‘ar·ḇê-and of willows נָ֑חַלנָחַלנחלnā·ḥalof the brook . וּשְׂמַחְתֶּ֗םוּשְׂמַחְתֶּםושמחתםū·śə·maḥ·temAnd you are to rejoice לִפְנֵ֛ילִפְנֵילפניlip̄·nêbefore יְהוָ֥היְהוָהיהוהYah·wehthe LORD אֱלֹהֵיכֶ֖םאֱלֹהֵיכֶםאלהיכם’ĕ·lō·hê·ḵemyour God שִׁבְעַ֥תשִׁבְעַתשבעתšiḇ·‘aṯfor seven יָמִֽים׃יָמִֽים׃ימיםyā·mîmdays .
