21וְאִם־וְאִם־ואםwə·’im-If, however , דַּ֣לדַּלדלdalis poor ה֗וּאהוּאהואhū[the person] וְאֵ֣יןוְאֵיןואיןwə·’ênand cannot יָדוֹ֮יָדוֹידוyā·ḏōwafford these [offerings] מַשֶּׂגֶת֒מַשֶּׂגֶתמשגתmaś·śe·ḡeṯ. . . , וְ֠לָקַחוְלָקַחולקחwə·lā·qaḥhe is to take כֶּ֣בֶשׂכֶּבֶשׂכבשke·ḇeśmale lamb אֶחָ֥דאֶחָדאחד’e·ḥāḏone אָשָׁ֛םאָשָׁםאשם’ā·šāmas a guilt offering לִתְנוּפָ֖הלִתְנוּפָהלתנופהliṯ·nū·p̄āhto be waved לְכַפֵּ֣רלְכַפֵּרלכפרlə·ḵap·pêrto make atonement עָלָ֑יועָלָיועליו‘ā·lāwfor him , וְעִשָּׂר֨וֹןוְעִשָּׂרוֹןועשרוןwə·‘iś·śā·rō·wnalong with a tenth [of an ephah] סֹ֜לֶתסֹלֶתסלתsō·leṯof fine flour אֶחָ֨דאֶחָדאחד’e·ḥāḏ. . . בָּל֥וּלבָּלוּלבלולbā·lūlmixed בַּשֶּׁ֛מֶןבַּשֶּׁמֶןבשמןbaš·še·menwith olive oil לְמִנְחָ֖הלְמִנְחָהלמנחהlə·min·ḥāhfor a grain offering , וְלֹ֥גוְלֹגולגwə·lōḡa log שָֽׁמֶן׃שָֽׁמֶן׃שמןšā·menof olive oil ,
