שֹׁפְטִיםשֹׁפְטִיםשפטיםsofṭimJudges פֶּרֶקפֶּרֶקפרקpeɾekchapter חֵיתחֵיתחיתχeteight
16וַיִּקַּח֙וַיִּקַּחויקחway·yiq·qaḥThen he took אֶת־אֶת־את’eṯ-- זִקְנֵ֣יזִקְנֵיזקניziq·nêthe elders הָעִ֔ירהָעִירהעירhā·‘îrof the city , וְאֶת־וְאֶת־ואתwə·’eṯ-and [using] קוֹצֵ֥יקוֹצֵיקוציqō·w·ṣêthe thorns הַמִּדְבָּ֖רהַמִּדְבָּרהמדברham·miḏ·bārof the wilderness וְאֶת־וְאֶת־ואתwə·’eṯ-- הַֽבַּרְקֳנִ֑יםהַֽבַּרְקֳנִיםהברקניםhab·bar·qo·nîmand briers וַיֹּ֣דַעוַיֹּדַעוידעway·yō·ḏa‘he disciplined בָּהֶ֔םבָּהֶםבהםbā·hem- , אֵ֖תאֵתאת’êṯ- אַנְשֵׁ֥יאַנְשֵׁיאנשי’an·šêthe men סֻכּֽוֹת׃סֻכּֽוֹת׃סכותsuk·kō·wṯof Succoth .
