8נֹטֶ֣הנֹטֶהנטהnō·ṭehstretches out שָׁמַ֣יִםשָׁמַיִםשמיםšā·ma·yimthe heavens לְבַדּ֑וֹלְבַדּוֹלבדוlə·ḇad·dōwHe alone וְ֝דוֹרֵ֗ךְוְדוֹרֵךְודורךwə·ḏō·w·rêḵand treads עַל־עַל־על‘al-on בָּ֥מֳתֵיבָּמֳתֵיבמתיbā·mo·ṯêthe waves יָֽם׃יָֽם׃יםyāmof the sea .
