24אֶ֤רֶץ׀אֶרֶץ׀ארץ’e·reṣThe earth נִתְּנָ֬הנִתְּנָהנתנהnit·tə·nāhis given בְֽיַד־בְֽיַד־בידḇə·yaḏ-into the hand רָשָׁ֗ערָשָׁערשעrā·šā‘of the wicked ; פְּנֵֽי־פְּנֵֽי־פניpə·nê-He blindfolds שֹׁפְטֶ֥יהָשֹׁפְטֶיהָשפטיהšō·p̄ə·ṭe·hāits judges . יְכַסֶּ֑היְכַסֶּהיכסהyə·ḵas·seh. . . אִם־אִם־אם’im-If לֹ֖אלֹאלאlōit is not [He] , אֵפ֣וֹאאֵפוֹאאפוא’ê·p̄ō·wthen מִי־מִי־מיmî-who הֽוּא׃הֽוּא׃הואhū[is] it ?
