13לֹכֵ֣דלֹכֵדלכדlō·ḵêḏHe catches חֲכָמִ֣יםחֲכָמִיםחכמיםḥă·ḵā·mîmthe wise בְּעָרְמָ֑םבְּעָרְמָםבערמםbə·‘ā·rə·māmin their craftiness , וַעֲצַ֖תוַעֲצַתועצתwa·‘ă·ṣaṯthe plans נִפְתָּלִ֣יםנִפְתָּלִיםנפתליםnip̄·tā·lîmof the cunning . נִמְהָֽרָה׃נִמְהָֽרָה׃נמהרהnim·hā·rāhand sweeps away
