10מִנִּשְׁמַת־מִנִּשְׁמַת־מנשמתmin·niš·maṯ-By the breath אֵ֥לאֵלאל’êlof God יִתֶּן־יִתֶּן־יתןyit·ten-is formed קָ֑רַחקָרַחקרחqā·raḥthe ice וְרֹ֖חַבוְרֹחַבורחבwə·rō·ḥaḇexpanses מַ֣יִםמַיִםמיםma·yimand the watery בְּמוּצָֽק׃בְּמוּצָֽק׃במוצקbə·mū·ṣāqare frozen .
