9כִּ֣יכִּיכיkîFor הִנֵּ֣ההִנֵּההנהhin·nêhbehold , אָנֹכִ֡יאָנֹכִיאנכי’ā·nō·ḵîI מֵעִיר֩מֵעִירמעירmê·‘îrstir up וּמַעֲלֶ֨הוּמַעֲלֶהומעלהū·ma·‘ă·lehand bring עַל־עַל־על‘al-against בָּבֶ֜לבָּבֶלבבלbā·ḇelBabylon קְהַל־קְהַל־קהלqə·hal-an assembly גּוֹיִ֤םגּוֹיִםגויםgō·w·yimnations גְּדֹלִים֙גְּדֹלִיםגדליםgə·ḏō·lîmof great מֵאֶ֣רֶץמֵאֶרֶץמארץmê·’e·reṣfrom the land צָפ֔וֹןצָפוֹןצפוןṣā·p̄ō·wnof the north . וְעָ֣רְכוּוְעָרְכוּוערכוwə·‘ā·rə·ḵūThey will line up לָ֔הּלָהּלהlāhagainst her ; מִשָּׁ֖םמִשָּׁםמשםmiš·šāmfrom [the north] תִּלָּכֵ֑דתִּלָּכֵדתלכדtil·lā·ḵêḏshe will be captured . חִצָּיו֙חִצָּיוחציוḥiṣ·ṣāwTheir arrows כְּגִבּ֣וֹרכְּגִבּוֹרכגבורkə·ḡib·bō·wrwarriors מַשְׁכִּ֔ילמַשְׁכִּילמשכילmaš·kîlwill be like skilled לֹ֥אלֹאלאlōwho do not יָשׁ֖וּביָשׁוּבישובyā·šūḇreturn רֵיקָֽם׃רֵיקָֽם׃ריקםrê·qāmempty-handed .
