יִרְמְיָהוּיִרְמְיָהוּירמיהוyir·mə·yā·hūof Jeremiah פֶּרֶקפֶּרֶקפרקpeɾekchapter הֵאהֵאהאhɛɪfive
28שָׁמְנ֣וּשָׁמְנוּשמנוšā·mə·nūThey have grown fat עָשְׁת֗וּעָשְׁתוּעשתו‘ā·šə·ṯūand sleek , גַּ֚םגַּםגםgamand עָֽבְר֣וּעָֽבְרוּעברו‘ā·ḇə·rūhave excelled דִבְרֵי־דִבְרֵי־דבריḏiḇ·rê-in the deeds רָ֔ערָערעrā‘of the wicked . דִּ֣יןדִּיןדיןdîntaken up the cause לֹא־לֹא־לאlō-They have not דָ֔נוּדָנוּדנוḏā·nū. . . דִּ֥יןדִּיןדיןdîn. . . יָת֖וֹםיָתוֹםיתוםyā·ṯō·wmof the fatherless , וְיַצְלִ֑יחוּוְיַצְלִיחוּויצליחוwə·yaṣ·lî·ḥūthat they might prosper ; וּמִשְׁפַּ֥טוּמִשְׁפַּטומשפטū·miš·paṭthe rights אֶבְיוֹנִ֖יםאֶבְיוֹנִיםאביונים’eḇ·yō·w·nîmof the needy . לֹ֥אלֹאלאlōnor have they שָׁפָֽטוּ׃שָׁפָֽטוּ׃שפטוšā·p̄ā·ṭūdefended
