21לָכֵן֩לָכֵןלכןlā·ḵênTherefore , תֵּ֨ןתֵּןתןtênover אֶת־אֶת־את’eṯ-- בְּנֵיהֶ֜םבְּנֵיהֶםבניהםbə·nê·hemhand their children לָרָעָ֗בלָרָעָבלרעבlā·rā·‘āḇto famine ; וְהַגִּרֵם֮וְהַגִּרֵםוהגרםwə·hag·gi·rêmpour out עַל־עַל־על‘al-upon them . יְדֵי־יְדֵי־ידיyə·ḏê-the power חֶרֶב֒חֶרֶבחרבḥe·reḇof the sword וְתִֽהְיֶ֨נָהוְתִֽהְיֶנָהותהינהwə·ṯih·ye·nāhbecome נְשֵׁיהֶ֤םנְשֵׁיהֶםנשיהםnə·šê·hemLet their wives שַׁכֻּלוֹת֙שַׁכֻּלוֹתשכלותšak·ku·lō·wṯchildless וְאַלְמָנ֔וֹתוְאַלְמָנוֹתואלמנותwə·’al·mā·nō·wṯand widowed ; וְאַ֨נְשֵׁיהֶ֔םוְאַנְשֵׁיהֶםואנשיהםwə·’an·šê·hemlet their husbands יִֽהְי֖וּיִֽהְיוּיהיוyih·yū. . . הֲרֻ֣גֵיהֲרֻגֵיהרגיhă·ru·ḡêbe slain מָ֑וֶתמָוֶתמותmā·weṯby disease , בַּח֣וּרֵיהֶ֔םבַּחוּרֵיהֶםבחוריהםba·ḥū·rê·hemtheir young men מֻכֵּי־מֻכֵּי־מכיmuk·kê-struck down חֶ֖רֶבחֶרֶבחרבḥe·reḇby the sword בַּמִּלְחָמָֽה׃בַּמִּלְחָמָֽה׃במלחמהbam·mil·ḥā·māhin battle .
