12כִּ֣יכִּיכיkîAlthough יָצֻ֗מוּיָצֻמוּיצמוyā·ṣu·mūthey may fast , אֵינֶ֤נִּיאֵינֶנִּיאינני’ê·nen·nîI will not שֹׁמֵ֙עַ֙שֹׁמֵעַשמעšō·mê·a‘listen to אֶל־אֶל־אל’el-. . . רִנָּתָ֔םרִנָּתָםרנתםrin·nā·ṯāmtheir cry ; וְכִ֧יוְכִיוכיwə·ḵîalthough יַעֲל֛וּיַעֲלוּיעלוya·‘ă·lūthey may offer עֹלָ֥העֹלָהעלה‘ō·lāhburnt offerings וּמִנְחָ֖הוּמִנְחָהומנחהū·min·ḥāhand grain offerings , אֵינֶ֣נִּיאֵינֶנִּיאינני’ê·nen·nîI will not רֹצָ֑םרֹצָםרצםrō·ṣāmaccept them . כִּ֗יכִּיכיkîInstead , בַּחֶ֙רֶב֙בַּחֶרֶבבחרבba·ḥe·reḇby sword וּבָרָעָ֣בוּבָרָעָבוברעבū·ḇā·rā·‘āḇand famine וּבַדֶּ֔בֶרוּבַדֶּבֶרובדברū·ḇad·de·ḇerand plague .” אָנֹכִ֖יאָנֹכִיאנכי’ā·nō·ḵîI מְכַלֶּ֥המְכַלֶּהמכלהmə·ḵal·lehwill finish them off אוֹתָֽם׃סאוֹתָֽם׃סאותםס’ō·w·ṯām-
