19וְגַלְתִּ֥יוְגַלְתִּיוגלתיwə·ḡal·tîI will rejoice בִירוּשָׁלִַ֖םבִירוּשָׁלִַםבירושלםḇî·rū·šā·limin Jerusalem וְשַׂשְׂתִּ֣יוְשַׂשְׂתִּיוששתיwə·śaś·tîand take delight בְעַמִּ֑יבְעַמִּיבעמיḇə·‘am·mîin My people . וְלֹֽא־וְלֹֽא־ולאwə·lō-will no יִשָּׁמַ֥עיִשָּׁמַעישמעyiš·šā·ma‘be heard בָּהּ֙בָּהּבהbāhin her . ע֔וֹדעוֹדעוד‘ō·wḏlonger ק֥וֹלקוֹלקולqō·wlThe sounds בְּכִ֖יבְּכִיבכיbə·ḵîof weeping וְק֥וֹלוְקוֹלוקולwə·qō·wl. . . זְעָקָֽה׃זְעָקָֽה׃זעקהzə·‘ā·qāhand crying
