Isaiah 54:9

9כִּי־כִּי־כיkî-“ For מֵ֥ימֵימיmêvvv נֹ֙חַ֙נֹחַנחnō·aḥthe days of Noah , זֹ֣אתזֹאתזאתzōṯthis is like לִ֔ילִיליlîto Me אֲשֶׁ֣ראֲשֶׁראשר’ă·šerwhen נִשְׁבַּ֗עְתִּינִשְׁבַּעְתִּינשבעתיniš·ba‘·tîI swore מֵעֲבֹ֥רמֵעֲבֹרמעברmê·‘ă·ḇōrcover מֵי־מֵי־מיmê-that the waters נֹ֛חַנֹחַנחnō·aḥof Noah ע֖וֹדעוֹדעוד‘ō·wḏwould never again עַל־עַל־על‘al- הָאָ֑רֶץהָאָרֶץהארץhā·’ā·reṣthe earth . כֵּ֥ןכֵּןכןkênSo נִשְׁבַּ֛עְתִּינִשְׁבַּעְתִּינשבעתיniš·ba‘·tîI have sworn מִקְּצֹ֥ףמִקְּצֹףמקצףmiq·qə·ṣōp̄that I will not be angry עָלַ֖יִךְעָלַיִךְעליך‘ā·la·yiḵwith you וּמִגְּעָר־וּמִגְּעָר־ומגערū·mig·gə·‘ār-or rebuke בָּֽךְ׃בָּֽךְ׃בךbāḵyou .
