Isaiah 44:28

28הָאֹמֵ֤רהָאֹמֵרהאמרhā·’ō·mêrwho says לְכ֙וֹרֶשׁ֙לְכוֹרֶשׁלכורשlə·ḵō·w·rešof Cyrus , רֹעִ֔ירֹעִירעיrō·‘î‘ My shepherd וְכָל־וְכָל־וכלwə·ḵālall חֶפְצִ֖יחֶפְצִיחפציḥep̄·ṣîthat I desire , ’ יַשְׁלִ֑םיַשְׁלִםישלםyaš·limwill fulfill וְלֵאמֹ֤רוְלֵאמֹרולאמרwə·lê·mōrwho says לִירוּשָׁלִַ֙ם֙לִירוּשָׁלִַםלירושלםlî·rū·šā·limof Jerusalem , תִּבָּנֶ֔התִּבָּנֶהתבנהtib·bā·neh‘ She will be rebuilt , ’ וְהֵיכָ֖לוְהֵיכָלוהיכלwə·hê·ḵāland of the temple , תִּוָּסֵֽד׃סתִּוָּסֵֽד׃סתוסדסtiw·wā·sêḏ‘ Let its foundation be laid . ’”
