13חָרַ֣שׁחָרַשׁחרשḥā·rašThe woodworker עֵצִים֮עֵצִיםעצים‘ê·ṣîm. . . נָ֣טָהנָטָהנטהnā·ṭāhextends קָו֒קָוקוqāwa measuring line ; יְתָאֲרֵ֣הוּיְתָאֲרֵהוּיתארהוyə·ṯā·’ă·rê·hūhe marks it out בַשֶּׂ֔רֶדבַשֶּׂרֶדבשרדḇaś·śe·reḏwith a stylus ; יַעֲשֵׂ֙הוּ֙יַעֲשֵׂהוּיעשהוya·‘ă·śê·hūhe shapes בַּמַּקְצֻע֔וֹתבַּמַּקְצֻעוֹתבמקצעותbam·maq·ṣu·‘ō·wṯit with chisels וּבַמְּחוּגָ֖הוּבַמְּחוּגָהובמחוגהū·ḇam·mə·ḥū·ḡāhit with a compass . יְתָאֳרֵ֑הוּיְתָאֳרֵהוּיתארהוyə·ṯā·’o·rê·hūand outlines וַֽיַּעֲשֵׂ֙הוּ֙וַֽיַּעֲשֵׂהוּויעשהוway·ya·‘ă·śê·hūHe fashions it כְּתַבְנִ֣יתכְּתַבְנִיתכתבניתkə·ṯaḇ·nîṯin the likeness אִ֔ישׁאִישׁאיש’îšof man , כְּתִפְאֶ֥רֶתכְּתִפְאֶרֶתכתפארתkə·ṯip̄·’e·reṯin all his glory , אָדָ֖םאָדָםאדם’ā·ḏāmlike man לָשֶׁ֥בֶתלָשֶׁבֶתלשבתlā·še·ḇeṯthat it may dwell בָּֽיִת׃בָּֽיִת׃ביתbā·yiṯin a shrine .
