Isaiah 42:5

5כֹּֽה־כֹּֽה־כהkōh-This is what אָמַ֞ראָמַראמר’ā·marsays — הָאֵ֣ל׀הָאֵל׀האלhā·’êlGod יְהוָ֗היְהוָהיהוהYah·wehthe LORD בּוֹרֵ֤אבּוֹרֵאבוראbō·w·rêHe who created הַשָּׁמַ֙יִם֙הַשָּׁמַיִםהשמיםhaš·šā·ma·yimthe heavens וְנ֣וֹטֵיהֶ֔םוְנוֹטֵיהֶםונוטיהםwə·nō·w·ṭê·hemand stretched them out , רֹקַ֥ערֹקַערקעrō·qa‘who spread out הָאָ֖רֶץהָאָרֶץהארץhā·’ā·reṣthe earth וְצֶאֱצָאֶ֑יהָוְצֶאֱצָאֶיהָוצאצאיהwə·ṣe·’ĕ·ṣā·’e·hāand its offspring , נֹתֵ֤ןנֹתֵןנתןnō·ṯênwho gives נְשָׁמָה֙נְשָׁמָהנשמהnə·šā·māhbreath לָעָ֣םלָעָםלעםlā·‘āmto the people עָלֶ֔יהָעָלֶיהָעליה‘ā·le·hāon it וְר֖וּחַוְרוּחַורוחwə·rū·aḥand life לַהֹלְכִ֥יםלַהֹלְכִיםלהלכיםla·hō·lə·ḵîmto those who walk בָּֽהּ׃בָּֽהּ׃בהbāhin it :
