11יִשְׂא֤וּיִשְׂאוּישאוyiś·’ūraise their voices ; מִדְבָּר֙מִדְבָּרמדברmiḏ·bārLet the desert וְעָרָ֔יווְעָרָיוועריוwə·‘ā·rāwand its cities חֲצֵרִ֖יםחֲצֵרִיםחצריםḥă·ṣê·rîm[let] the villages תֵּשֵׁ֣בתֵּשֵׁבתשבtê·šêḇ קֵדָ֑רקֵדָרקדרqê·ḏārof Kedar [cry aloud] . יָרֹ֙נּוּ֙יָרֹנּוּירנוyā·rōn·nūsing for joy ; יֹ֣שְׁבֵייֹשְׁבֵיישביyō·šə·ḇêLet the people סֶ֔לַעסֶלַעסלעse·la‘of Sela מֵרֹ֥אשׁמֵרֹאשׁמראשmê·rōšfrom the mountaintops הָרִ֖יםהָרִיםהריםhā·rîm. . . . יִצְוָֽחוּ׃יִצְוָֽחוּ׃יצוחוyiṣ·wā·ḥūlet them cry out
