28הֲל֨וֹאהֲלוֹאהלואhă·lō·wDo you not יָדַ֜עְתָּיָדַעְתָּידעתyā·ḏa‘·tāknow ? אִם־אִם־אם’im-. . . לֹ֣אלֹאלאlōHave you not שָׁמַ֗עְתָּשָׁמַעְתָּשמעתšā·ma‘·tāheard ? אֱלֹהֵ֨יאֱלֹהֵיאלהי’ĕ·lō·hêGod , עוֹלָ֤ם׀עוֹלָם׀עולם‘ō·w·lāmis the everlasting יְהוָה֙יְהוָהיהוהYah·wehThe LORD בּוֹרֵא֙בּוֹרֵאבוראbō·w·rêthe Creator קְצ֣וֹתקְצוֹתקצותqə·ṣō·wṯof the ends הָאָ֔רֶץהָאָרֶץהארץhā·’ā·reṣof the earth . לֹ֥אלֹאלאlōHe will not יִיעַ֖ףיִיעַףייעףyî·‘ap̄grow tired וְלֹ֣אוְלֹאולאwə·lō. . . יִיגָ֑עיִיגָעייגעyî·ḡā‘or weary ; אֵ֥יןאֵיןאין’ênis beyond חֵ֖קֶרחֵקֶרחקרḥê·qersearching out . לִתְבוּנָתֽוֹ׃לִתְבוּנָתֽוֹ׃לתבונתוliṯ·ḇū·nā·ṯōwHis understanding
