Isaiah 29:4
יְשַׁעְיָהוּיְשַׁעְיָהוּישעיהוyə·ša‘·yā·hūIsaiah פֶּרֶקפֶּרֶקפרקpeɾekchapter כַףכַףכףχaftwenty טֵיתטֵיתטיתtetnine
4וְשָׁפַלְתְּ֙וְשָׁפַלְתְּושפלתwə·šā·p̄altYou will be brought low , מֵאֶ֣רֶץמֵאֶרֶץמארץmê·’e·reṣfrom the ground , תְּדַבֵּ֔רִיתְּדַבֵּרִיתדבריtə·ḏab·bê·rîyou will speak וּמֵֽעָפָ֖רוּמֵֽעָפָרומעפרū·mê·‘ā·p̄ārand out of the dust תִּשַּׁ֣חתִּשַּׁחתשחtiš·šaḥwill be muffled . אִמְרָתֵ֑ךְאִמְרָתֵךְאמרתך’im·rā·ṯêḵyour words וְֽ֠הָיָהוְֽהָיָהוהיהwə·hā·yāhwill be כְּא֤וֹבכְּאוֹבכאובkə·’ō·wḇlike a spirit מֵאֶ֙רֶץ֙מֵאֶרֶץמארץmê·’e·reṣfrom the ground ; קוֹלֵ֔ךְקוֹלֵךְקולךqō·w·lêḵYour voice וּמֵעָפָ֖רוּמֵעָפָרומעפרū·mê·‘ā·p̄ārout of the dust . אִמְרָתֵ֥ךְאִמְרָתֵךְאמרתך’im·rā·ṯêḵyour speech תְּצַפְצֵֽף׃תְּצַפְצֵֽף׃תצפצףtə·ṣap̄·ṣêp̄will whisper
