Isaiah 29:24

יְשַׁעְיָהוּיְשַׁעְיָהוּישעיהוyə·ša‘·yā·hūIsaiah פֶּרֶקפֶּרֶקפרקpeɾekchapter כַףכַףכףχaftwenty טֵיתטֵיתטיתtetnine
24וְיָדְע֥וּוְיָדְעוּוידעוwə·yā·ḏə·‘ūwill come תֹֽעֵי־תֹֽעֵי־תעיṯō·‘ê-Then the wayward ר֖וּחַרוּחַרוחrū·aḥin spirit בִּינָ֑הבִּינָהבינהbî·nāhto understanding , וְרוֹגְנִ֖יםוְרוֹגְנִיםורוגניםwə·rō·wḡ·nîmand those who grumble יִלְמְדוּ־יִלְמְדוּ־ילמדוyil·mə·ḏū-will accept לֶֽקַח׃לֶֽקַח׃לקחle·qaḥinstruction . ”
