Isaiah 13:11
יְשַׁעְיָהוּיְשַׁעְיָהוּישעיהוyə·ša‘·yā·hūIsaiah פֶּרֶקפֶּרֶקפרקpeɾekchapter יוֹדיוֹדיודjʊdten גִּימֵלגִּימֵלגימלɡɪməlthree
11וּפָקַדְתִּ֤יוּפָקַדְתִּיופקדתיū·p̄ā·qaḏ·tîI will punish עַל־עַל־על‘al-- תֵּבֵל֙תֵּבֵלתבלtê·ḇêlthe world רָעָ֔הרָעָהרעהrā·‘āh[for its] evil וְעַל־וְעַל־ועלwə·‘al-and רְשָׁעִ֖יםרְשָׁעִיםרשעיםrə·šā·‘îmthe wicked עֲוֺנָ֑םעֲוֺנָםעונם‘ă·wō·nāmfor their iniquity . וְהִשְׁבַּתִּי֙וְהִשְׁבַּתִּיוהשבתיwə·hiš·bat·tîI will end גְּא֣וֹןגְּאוֹןגאוןgə·’ō·wnthe haughtiness זֵדִ֔יםזֵדִיםזדיםzê·ḏîmof the arrogant וְגַאֲוַ֥תוְגַאֲוַתוגאותwə·ḡa·’ă·waṯthe pride עָרִיצִ֖יםעָרִיצִיםעריצים‘ā·rî·ṣîmof the ruthless . אַשְׁפִּֽיל׃אַשְׁפִּֽיל׃אשפיל’aš·pîland lay low
