13וַ֠יֹּאמֶרוַיֹּאמֶרויאמרway·yō·merdelivered חַגַּ֞יחַגַּיחגיḥag·gayHaggai , מַלְאַ֧ךְמַלְאַךְמלאךmal·’aḵthe messenger יְהוָ֛היְהוָהיהוהYah·wehof the LORD , בְּמַלְאֲכ֥וּתבְּמַלְאֲכוּתבמלאכותbə·mal·’ă·ḵūṯthe message יְהוָ֖היְהוָהיהוהYah·wehof the LORD לָעָ֣םלָעָםלעםlā·‘āmto the people לֵאמֹ֑רלֵאמֹרלאמרlê·mōr- : אֲנִ֥יאֲנִיאני’ă·nî“ I [am] אִתְּכֶ֖םאִתְּכֶםאתכם’it·tə·ḵemwith you , ” נְאֻם־נְאֻם־נאםnə·’um-declares יְהוָֽה׃יְהוָֽה׃יהוהYah·wehthe LORD .
