11וַיַּ֡רְאוַיַּרְאויראway·yarsaw יוֹשֵׁב֩יוֹשֵׁביושבyō·wō·šêḇvvv הָאָ֨רֶץהָאָרֶץהארץhā·’ā·reṣof the land הַֽכְּנַעֲנִ֜יהַֽכְּנַעֲנִיהכנעניhak·kə·na·‘ă·nîWhen the Canaanites אֶת־אֶת־את’eṯ-- הָאֵ֗בֶלהָאֵבֶלהאבלhā·’ê·ḇelthe mourning בְּגֹ֙רֶן֙בְּגֹרֶןבגרןbə·ḡō·ren. . . הָֽאָטָ֔דהָֽאָטָדהאטדhā·’ā·ṭāḏat the threshing floor of Atad , וַיֹּ֣אמְר֔וּוַיֹּאמְרוּויאמרוway·yō·mə·rūthey said , אֵֽבֶל־אֵֽבֶל־אבל’ê·ḇel-ceremony of mourning כָּבֵ֥דכָּבֵדכבדkā·ḇêḏis a solemn זֶ֖הזֶהזהzeh“ This לְמִצְרָ֑יִםלְמִצְרָיִםלמצריםlə·miṣ·rā·yimby the Egyptians . ” עַל־עַל־על‘al-Thus כֵּ֞ןכֵּןכןkên. . . קָרָ֤אקָרָאקראqā·rāis called שְׁמָהּ֙שְׁמָהּשמהšə·māh. . . אָבֵ֣לאָבֵלאבל’ā·ḇêlvvv מִצְרַ֔יִםמִצְרַיִםמצריםmiṣ·ra·yimAbel-mizraim . אֲשֶׁ֖ראֲשֶׁראשר’ă·šerthe place בְּעֵ֥בֶרבְּעֵבֶרבעברbə·‘ê·ḇeracross הַיַּרְדֵּֽן׃הַיַּרְדֵּֽן׃הירדןhay·yar·dênthe Jordan
