יְחֶזְקֵאליְחֶזְקֵאליחזקאלyə·ḥez·qêlEzekiel פֶּרֶקפֶּרֶקפרקpeɾekchapter כַףכַףכףχaftwenty
9וָאַ֙עַשׂ֙וָאַעַשׂואעשwā·’a·‘aśBut I acted לְמַ֣עַןלְמַעַןלמעןlə·ma·‘anfor the sake שְׁמִ֔ישְׁמִישמיšə·mîof My name , לְבִלְתִּ֥ילְבִלְתִּילבלתיlə·ḇil·tîthat it should not הֵחֵ֛להֵחֵלהחלhê·ḥêlbe profaned לְעֵינֵ֥ילְעֵינֵילעיניlə·‘ê·nêin the eyes הַגּוֹיִ֖םהַגּוֹיִםהגויםhag·gō·w·yimof the nations אֲשֶׁר־אֲשֶׁר־אשר’ă·šer-among whom הֵ֣מָּההֵמָּההמהhêm·māhthey were living בְתוֹכָ֑םבְתוֹכָםבתוכםḇə·ṯō·w·ḵām. . . , אֲשֶׁ֨ראֲשֶׁראשר’ă·šerin whose נוֹדַ֤עְתִּינוֹדַעְתִּינודעתיnō·w·ḏa‘·tîI had revealed Myself אֲלֵיהֶם֙אֲלֵיהֶםאליהם’ă·lê·hemto [Israel] לְעֵ֣ינֵיהֶ֔םלְעֵינֵיהֶםלעיניהםlə·‘ê·nê·hemsight לְהוֹצִיאָ֖םלְהוֹצִיאָםלהוציאםlə·hō·w·ṣî·’āmby bringing them מֵאֶ֥רֶץמֵאֶרֶץמארץmê·’e·reṣout of the land מִצְרָֽיִם׃מִצְרָֽיִם׃מצריםmiṣ·rā·yimof Egypt .
