27קִיְּמ֣וּקִיְּמוּקימוqî·yə·mūto establish the custom וְקִבֵּלוְקִבֵּלוקבלwə·qib·bēlbound themselves הַיְּהוּדִים֩׀הַיְּהוּדִים׀היהודיםhay·yə·hū·ḏîmthe Jews עֲלֵיהֶ֨ם׀עֲלֵיהֶם׀עליהם‘ă·lê·hemthat they וְעַל־וְעַל־ועלwə·‘al-. . . זַרְעָ֜םזַרְעָםזרעםzar·‘āmand their descendants וְעַ֨לוְעַלועלwə·‘al. . . כָּל־כָּל־כלkāl-and all הַנִּלְוִ֤יםהַנִּלְוִיםהנלויםhan·nil·wîmwho join עֲלֵיהֶם֙עֲלֵיהֶםעליהם‘ă·lê·hemthem וְלֹ֣אוְלֹאולאwə·lōshould not יַעֲב֔וֹריַעֲבוֹריעבורya·‘ă·ḇō·wrfail לִהְי֣וֹתלִהְיוֹתלהיותlih·yō·wṯ. . . עֹשִׂ֗יםעֹשִׂיםעשים‘ō·śîmto celebrate אֵ֣תאֵתאת’êṯ- שְׁנֵ֤ישְׁנֵישניšə·nêtwo הַיָּמִים֙הַיָּמִיםהימיםhay·yā·mîmdays הָאֵ֔לֶּההָאֵלֶּההאלהhā·’êl·lehthese כִּכְתָבָ֖םכִּכְתָבָםככתבםkiḵ·ṯā·ḇāmaccording to their regulation . וְכִזְמַנָּ֑םוְכִזְמַנָּםוכזמנםwə·ḵiz·man·nāmat the [appointed] time בְּכָל־בְּכָל־בכלbə·ḵāleach שָׁנָ֖השָׁנָהשנהšā·nāhand every year וְשָׁנָֽה׃וְשָׁנָֽה׃ושנהwə·šā·nāh. . . ,
