Ecclesiastes 5:7
קֹהֶלֶתקֹהֶלֶתקהלתqō·he·leṯof the Teacher , פֶּרֶקפֶּרֶקפרקpeɾekchapter הֵאהֵאהאhɛɪfive
7אִם־אִם־אם’im-If עֹ֣שֶׁקעֹשֶׁקעשק‘ō·šeqthe oppression רָ֠שׁרָשׁרשrāšof the poor וְגֵ֨זֶלוְגֵזֶלוגזלwə·ḡê·zeland the denial מִשְׁפָּ֤טמִשְׁפָּטמשפטmiš·pāṭof justice וָצֶ֙דֶק֙וָצֶדֶקוצדקwā·ṣe·ḏeqand righteousness תִּרְאֶ֣התִּרְאֶהתראהtir·’ehyou see בַמְּדִינָ֔הבַמְּדִינָהבמדינהḇam·mə·ḏî·nāhin the province , אַל־אַל־אל’al-do not תִּתְמַ֖הּתִּתְמַהּתתמהtiṯ·mahbe astonished עַל־עַל־על‘al-at הַחֵ֑פֶץהַחֵפֶץהחפץha·ḥê·p̄eṣthe matter ; כִּ֣יכִּיכיkîfor גָבֹ֜הַּגָבֹהַּגבהḡā·ḇō·ahone official מֵעַ֤למֵעַלמעלmê·‘al. . . גָּבֹ֙הַ֙גָּבֹהַגבהgå̄·ḇō·haa superior , שֹׁמֵ֔רשֹׁמֵרשמרšō·mêris watched by וּגְבֹהִ֖יםוּגְבֹהִיםוגבהיםū·ḡə·ḇō·hîmand others higher still עֲלֵיהֶֽם׃עֲלֵיהֶֽם׃עליהם‘ă·lê·hemare over them .
