8בְּהַנְחֵ֤לבְּהַנְחֵלבהנחלbə·han·ḥêltheir inheritance , עֶלְיוֹן֙עֶלְיוֹןעליון‘el·yō·wnWhen the Most High גּוֹיִ֔םגּוֹיִםגויםgō·w·yimgave the nations בְּהַפְרִיד֖וֹבְּהַפְרִידוֹבהפרידוbə·hap̄·rî·ḏōwwhen He divided בְּנֵ֣יבְּנֵיבניbə·nêthe sons אָדָ֑םאָדָםאדם’ā·ḏāmof man , יַצֵּב֙יַצֵּביצבyaṣ·ṣêḇHe set גְּבֻלֹ֣תגְּבֻלֹתגבלתgə·ḇu·lōṯthe boundaries עַמִּ֔יםעַמִּיםעמים‘am·mîmof the peoples לְמִסְפַּ֖רלְמִסְפַּרלמספרlə·mis·paraccording to the number בְּנֵ֥יבְּנֵיבניbə·nêof the sons יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ישראלyiś·rā·’êlof God .
