16וּמַלְתֶּ֕םוּמַלְתֶּםומלתםū·mal·temCircumcise אֵ֖תאֵתאת’êṯ- עָרְלַ֣תעָרְלַתערלת‘ā·rə·laṯ- לְבַבְכֶ֑םלְבַבְכֶםלבבכםlə·ḇaḇ·ḵemyour hearts, therefore , וְעָ֨רְפְּכֶ֔םוְעָרְפְּכֶםוערפכםwə·‘ā·rə·pə·ḵemyour necks לֹ֥אלֹאלאlōno תַקְשׁ֖וּתַקְשׁוּתקשוṯaq·šūand stiffen עֽוֹד׃עֽוֹד׃עוד‘ō·wḏmore .
