25וּמִלִּ֗יןוּמִלִּיןומליןū·mil·lîn. . . לְצַ֤דלְצַדלצדlə·ṣaḏagainst עִלָּיָאעִלָּיָאעליאʿil·lå̄·yå̄the Most High יְמַלִּ֔ליְמַלִּלימללyə·mal·lilHe will speak out וּלְקַדִּישֵׁ֥יוּלְקַדִּישֵׁיולקדישיū·lə·qad·dî·šêthe saints עֶלְיוֹנִ֖יןעֶלְיוֹנִיןעליונין‘el·yō·w·nînof the Most High , יְבַלֵּ֑איְבַלֵּאיבלאyə·ḇal·lêand oppress וְיִסְבַּ֗רוְיִסְבַּרויסברwə·yis·barintending לְהַשְׁנָיָה֙לְהַשְׁנָיָהלהשניהlə·haš·nā·yāhto change זִמְנִ֣יןזִמְנִיןזמניןzim·nînthe appointed times וְדָ֔תוְדָתודתwə·ḏāṯand laws ; וְיִתְיַהֲב֣וּןוְיִתְיַהֲבוּןויתיהבוןwə·yiṯ·ya·hă·ḇūnand [the saints] will be given בִּידֵ֔הּבִּידֵהּבידהbî·ḏêhinto his hand עַד־עַד־עד‘aḏ-for עִדָּ֥ןעִדָּןעדן‘id·dāna time , וְעִדָּנִ֖יןוְעִדָּנִיןועדניןwə·‘id·dā·nînand times , וּפְלַ֥גוּפְלַגופלגū·p̄ə·laḡand half עִדָּֽן׃עִדָּֽן׃עדן‘id·dāna time .
