עָמוֹסעָמוֹסעמוס‘ā·mō·wsof Amos , פֶּרֶקפֶּרֶקפרקpeɾekchapter הֵאהֵאהאhɛɪfive
19כַּאֲשֶׁ֨רכַּאֲשֶׁרכאשרka·’ă·šerIt will be like יָנ֥וּסיָנוּסינוסyā·nūswho flees אִישׁ֙אִישׁאיש’îša man מִפְּנֵ֣ימִפְּנֵימפניmip·pə·nêfrom הָאֲרִ֔יהָאֲרִיהאריhā·’ă·rîa lion , וּפְגָע֖וֹוּפְגָעוֹופגעוū·p̄ə·ḡā·‘ōwonly to encounter הַדֹּ֑בהַדֹּבהדבhad·dōḇa bear , וּבָ֣אוּבָאובאū·ḇāor who enters הַבַּ֔יִתהַבַּיִתהביתhab·ba·yiṯhis house וְסָמַ֤ךְוְסָמַךְוסמךwə·sā·maḵand rests יָדוֹ֙יָדוֹידוyā·ḏōwhis hand עַל־עַל־על‘al-against הַקִּ֔ירהַקִּירהקירhaq·qîrthe wall , וּנְשָׁכ֖וֹוּנְשָׁכוֹונשכוū·nə·šā·ḵōwonly to be bitten הַנָּחָֽשׁ׃הַנָּחָֽשׁ׃הנחשhan·nā·ḥāšby a snake .
