עָמוֹסעָמוֹסעמוס‘ā·mō·wsof Amos , פֶּרֶקפֶּרֶקפרקpeɾekchapter הֵאהֵאהאhɛɪfive
12כִּ֤יכִּיכיkîFor יָדַ֙עְתִּי֙יָדַעְתִּיידעתיyā·ḏa‘·tîI know [that] רַבִּ֣יםרַבִּיםרביםrab·bîmare many פִּשְׁעֵיכֶ֔םפִּשְׁעֵיכֶםפשעיכםpiš·‘ê·ḵemyour transgressions וַעֲצֻמִ֖יםוַעֲצֻמִיםועצמיםwa·‘ă·ṣu·mîmare numerous . חַטֹּֽאתֵיכֶ֑םחַטֹּֽאתֵיכֶםחטאתיכםḥaṭ·ṭō·ṯê·ḵemand your sins צֹרְרֵ֤יצֹרְרֵיצרריṣō·rə·rêYou oppress צַדִּיק֙צַדִּיקצדיקṣad·dîqthe righteous לֹ֣קְחֵילֹקְחֵילקחיlō·qə·ḥêby taking כֹ֔פֶרכֹפֶרכפרḵō·p̄erbribes ; וְאֶבְיוֹנִ֖יםוְאֶבְיוֹנִיםואביוניםwə·’eḇ·yō·w·nîm{you deprive} the poor בַּשַּׁ֥עַרבַּשַּׁעַרבשערbaš·ša·‘arin the gate . הִטּֽוּ׃הִטּֽוּ׃הטוhiṭ·ṭūof justice
