13כֹּ֚הכֹּהכהkōhThis is what אָמַ֣ראָמַראמר’ā·marsays : יְהוָ֔היְהוָהיהוהYah·wehthe LORD עַל־עַל־על‘al-“ For שְׁלֹשָׁה֙שְׁלֹשָׁהשלשהšə·lō·šāhthree פִּשְׁעֵ֣יפִּשְׁעֵיפשעיpiš·‘êtransgressions בְנֵֽי־בְנֵֽי־בניḇə·nê-of the Ammonites עַמּ֔וֹןעַמּוֹןעמון‘am·mō·wn. . . , וְעַל־וְעַל־ועלwə·‘al-even אַרְבָּעָ֖האַרְבָּעָהארבעה’ar·bā·‘āhfour , לֹ֣אלֹאלאlōI will not אֲשִׁיבֶ֑נּוּאֲשִׁיבֶנּוּאשיבנו’ă·šî·ḇen·nūrevoke [My judgment] , עַל־עַל־על‘al-because בִּקְעָם֙בִּקְעָםבקעםbiq·‘āmthey ripped open הָר֣וֹתהָרוֹתהרותhā·rō·wṯthe pregnant הַגִּלְעָ֔דהַגִּלְעָדהגלעדhag·gil·‘āḏwomen of Gilead לְמַ֖עַןלְמַעַןלמעןlə·ma·‘anin order to הַרְחִ֥יבהַרְחִיבהרחיבhar·ḥîḇenlarge אֶת־אֶת־את’eṯ-- גְּבוּלָֽם׃גְּבוּלָֽם׃גבולםgə·ḇū·lāmtheir territory .
