דִּבְרֵידִּבְרֵידבריdivreiwords הַיָּמִיםהַיָּמִיםהימיםayamimtimes בֵּיתבֵּיתביתbɛttwo פֶּרֶקפֶּרֶקפרקpeɾekchapter לָמֶדלָמֶדלמדlamədthirty וָווָוווvɔvsix
17וַיַּ֨עַלוַיַּעַלויעלway·ya·‘alSo He brought up עֲלֵיהֶ֜םעֲלֵיהֶםעליהם‘ă·lê·hemagainst them אֶת־אֶת־את’eṯ-- מֶ֣לֶךְמֶלֶךְמלךme·leḵthe king כַּשְׂדִּיִּיםכַּשְׂדִּיִּיםכשדייםkaś·dī·yīmof the Chaldeans , וַיַּהֲרֹ֨גוַיַּהֲרֹגויהרגway·ya·hă·rōḡwho put בַּחוּרֵיהֶ֤םבַּחוּרֵיהֶםבחוריהםba·ḥū·rê·hemtheir young men בַּחֶ֙רֶב֙בַּחֶרֶבבחרבba·ḥe·reḇto the sword בְּבֵ֣יתבְּבֵיתבביתbə·ḇêṯvvv מִקְדָּשָׁ֔םמִקְדָּשָׁםמקדשםmiq·dā·šāmin the sanctuary , וְלֹ֥אוְלֹאולאwə·lōneither חָמַ֛לחָמַלחמלḥā·malsparing עַל־עַל־על‘al-. . . בָּח֥וּרבָּחוּרבחורbā·ḥūryoung men וּבְתוּלָ֖הוּבְתוּלָהובתולהū·ḇə·ṯū·lāhnor young women , זָקֵ֣ןזָקֵןזקןzā·qênneither elderly וְיָשֵׁ֑שׁוְיָשֵׁשׁויששwə·yā·šêšnor infirm . הַכֹּ֖להַכֹּלהכלhak·kōlall נָתַ֥ןנָתַןנתןnā·ṯan[God] gave them בְּיָדֽוֹ׃בְּיָדֽוֹ׃בידוbə·yā·ḏōwinto the hand [of Nebuchadnezzar] ,
