דִּבְרֵידִּבְרֵידבריdivreiwords הַיָּמִיםהַיָּמִיםהימיםayamimtimes בֵּיתבֵּיתביתbɛttwo פֶּרֶקפֶּרֶקפרקpeɾekchapter לָמֶדלָמֶדלמדlamədthirty גִּימֵלגִּימֵלגימלɡɪməlthree
14וְאַחֲרֵי־וְאַחֲרֵי־ואחריwə·’a·ḥă·rê-After כֵ֡ןכֵןכןḵênthis , בָּנָ֣הבָּנָהבנהbā·nāh[Manasseh] rebuilt חוֹמָ֣החוֹמָהחומהḥō·w·māhwall חִֽיצוֹנָ֣ה׀חִֽיצוֹנָה׀חיצונהḥî·ṣō·w·nāhthe outer לְעִיר־לְעִיר־לעירlə·‘îr-of the City דָּוִ֡ידדָּוִידדוידdā·wîḏof David מַעְרָבָה֩מַעְרָבָהמערבהma‘·rā·ḇāhfrom west לְגִיח֨וֹןלְגִיחוֹןלגיחוןlə·ḡî·ḥō·wnof Gihon בַּנַּ֜חַלבַּנַּחַלבנחלban·na·ḥalin the valley וְלָב֨וֹאוְלָבוֹאולבואwə·lā·ḇō·wto the entrance בְשַׁ֤עַרבְשַׁעַרבשערḇə·ša·‘arGate , הַדָּגִים֙הַדָּגִיםהדגיםhad·dā·ḡîmof the Fish וְסָבַ֣בוְסָבַבוסבבwə·sā·ḇaḇand he brought it around לָעֹ֔פֶללָעֹפֶללעפלlā·‘ō·p̄elthe [hill of] Ophel וַיַּגְבִּיהֶ֖הָוַיַּגְבִּיהֶהָויגביההway·yaḡ·bî·he·hāand heightened it מְאֹ֑דמְאֹדמאדmə·’ōḏconsiderably . וַיָּ֧שֶׂםוַיָּשֶׂםוישםway·yā·śemHe also stationed שָֽׂרֵי־שָֽׂרֵי־שריśā·rê-commanders חַ֛יִלחַיִלחילḥa·yilmilitary בְּכָל־בְּכָל־בכלbə·ḵālin all הֶעָרִ֥יםהֶעָרִיםהעריםhe·‘ā·rîmcities הַבְּצֻר֖וֹתהַבְּצֻרוֹתהבצרותhab·bə·ṣu·rō·wṯthe fortified בִּיהוּדָֽה׃בִּיהוּדָֽה׃ביהודהbî·hū·ḏāhof Judah .
