18וַיָּשֶׂם֩וַיָּשֶׂםוישםway·yā·śemput יְהוֹיָדָ֨עיְהוֹיָדָעיהוידעyə·hō·w·yā·ḏā‘Moreover , Jehoiada פְּקֻדֹּ֜תפְּקֻדֹּתפקדתpə·qud·dōṯthe oversight בֵּ֣יתבֵּיתביתbêṯof the house יְהוָ֗היְהוָהיהוהYah·wehof the LORD בְּיַ֨דבְּיַדבידbə·yaḏinto the hands הַכֹּהֲנִ֣יםהַכֹּהֲנִיםהכהניםhak·kō·hă·nîmpriests , הַלְוִיִּם֮הַלְוִיִּםהלויםhal·wî·yimof the Levitical אֲשֶׁ֣ראֲשֶׁראשר’ă·šerwhom חָלַ֣קחָלַקחלקḥā·laqhad appointed דָּוִיד֮דָּוִידדוידdā·wîḏDavid עַל־עַל־על‘al-over בֵּ֣יתבֵּיתביתbêṯthe house יְהוָה֒יְהוָהיהוהYah·wehof the LORD , לְֽהַעֲל֞וֹתלְֽהַעֲלוֹתלהעלותlə·ha·‘ă·lō·wṯto offer עֹל֣וֹתעֹלוֹתעלות‘ō·lō·wṯburnt offerings יְהוָ֗היְהוָהיהוהYah·wehto the LORD כַּכָּת֛וּבכַּכָּתוּבככתובkak·kā·ṯūḇas is written בְּתוֹרַ֥תבְּתוֹרַתבתורתbə·ṯō·w·raṯin the Law מֹשֶׁ֖המֹשֶׁהמשהmō·šehof Moses , בְּשִׂמְחָ֣הבְּשִׂמְחָהבשמחהbə·śim·ḥāhwith rejoicing וּבְשִׁ֑ירוּבְשִׁירובשירū·ḇə·šîrand song , עַ֖לעַלעל‘al. . . יְדֵ֥ייְדֵיידיyə·ḏêas ordained דָוִֽיד׃דָוִֽיד׃דוידḏā·wîḏby David .
